William Rosencrans
13 cases of dynamite were stolen by the United Florida Klansmen in Duval County. On February 6, 1964,
Robert Gentry of the Robert E. Lee Klavern with William Rosencrans of Indiana in Jacksonville shot at a black
truck driver.  On February 16 Rosencrans bombed the house of the child who had integrated Lackawana
Elementary School --- Donald Godfrey. Manucy gave Rosecrans to the FBI for the bombing of a Florida East
Coast railway but a polygraph absolved Rosecrans from this. He confessed to the Godfrey bombing and was
sentenced to 7 years in prison. The Imperial Klokan Committee agreed to eliminate Rosecrans and Alabama
Klansmen were assigned to eliminate him.
