| Four o'clock in the afternoon of the same day all the right, title and interest of the late Elgar Waterman into and upon the following negro slaves, viz: -- Ned, Cato, Armstel, Milly, Lucy, Persilla, Isaac, Jacob and Billa, levied on and to be sold at the suit of Charles Seton to satisfy the amount to the said judgment and cost. | June 28, 1823 Sheriff's Sale By virtue of a writ for facias, issuing from the Superior Court for the District of East Florida, under a Judgment obtained in the paid Court by Jaems Crosbie against Francisco Feriera and to me directed, will be sold in front of the Court house in the City of St. Augustine the 12th day of July next between the hours of 11 o'clock in the forenoon and 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the same day all the right, title and interest of the said Francisca Feriera into and upon Sally, his negro slave. | Sept 27, 1823 Marshall Sale By virtue of two writs of fiere facias to me directed and delivered, I will expose to public sale in front of the Court House of the city of St. Augustine on Wednesday the fifteenth day of October next at one o'clock in the afternoon a mulatto man named George aged about 22 years now in possession of Mary Fontane, and taken by virtue of two executions in favor of John M.
