|This is a true copy of the marriage license between Morris Winley and Mary Baya. D. Marogna OVB married them. OVB meaning is not known. The marriage license
itself was witnessed by Fatio Dunham, Clerk of Court. County Judge C. B. Bicknor certified the copy on May 10, 1890. This marriage license is part of the effort to
get Mary Winley's funeral expenses paid. Morris Winley was a veteran of the 33rd USCT, Company D

To any, minister of the Gospel Magistrate or Officer legally authorized to Solemize the rites of marriage. Whereas application having been made to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for the eastern circuit of Florida for the County of St. John's for a License of Marriage; And it appearing to the satisfaction of the said Clerk that no legal
objections exist to the Marriage now sought to be solemized. These are to certify and authorize you to unite in the Holy Estate of Matrimony Morris Winlay and Mary
Baya, and you will make return of the same on this License duly certified under your hand to the Clerk of the said Court without unnecessary delay. Witness Fatio
Dunham, Clerk of the said Court in the City of St. Augustine this 9th day of July AD 1867.
I Certify to have united in the Holy Estate of Matromony the above named Morris Winlay and Mary Baya on the ninth day of July 1867.
