Signor Jovine, Singer, 1889
Signor Jovine
Signor Jovine, the Italian tenor who is engaged at the Hotel Cordova and Ponce de Leon Hotels, has
a magnificant voice, and his singing will be the feature of this season's concerts. Last evening, Signor
Jovine sang, by special request,
Schubert's Serenade, while the guests were at dinner. Everyone
applauded the singer when he finished, Signor Jovine was engaged with Campinimi, last winter in his
great production of Othello, at the Academy of Music in New York.
